I'll help you uncover what you really want to do with your life, what your goals and values are, and how to incorporate them all together to create a life you love after you've finished hiking the Appalachian Trail.
If you have completed a thru-hike or a long-ass-section-hike, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Seriously, though, you are amazing! You are unstoppable! You’ve experienced and overcame things that not too many other people could ever understand.
You just spent months living and thriving in the woods. Your body is a perfectly primed, ridiculously fit, endorphin-producing, hiking machine. Your mind is sharp and clear after being on the ready for an oncoming storm or incoming mama bear for so long. Your spirit is strong after overcoming every obstacle on the Appalachian Trail.
The last thing you want to do is jump back into the daily grind of a soul-sucking job that may have motivated you to hike the trail in the first place.
But... What do you do, then?
You've come way too far to go back to living a life that you don't absolutely love.
You can create a life with purpose, passion, and vitality. After you do this, you will:
- Never dread going to work again
- Use your strengths and passions to help others
- Feel fulfilled and accomplished at the end of the day
- Have more energy to do the things you love
- Be able to enjoy the time spent your loved ones
But, hitting the 'refresh' button on life and creating the life you want isn't always easy. Here are a few things that could be slowing you down:
You don't know what you want
"What am I doing with my life?"
If that sounds like you, then you need to get crystal clear on what you actually want.
You want a clear vision of what your ideal life looks like, what your values and priorities are, to know how to hone in on your goals, and create a plan to bring it all together.
You don't know what you're good at
Sometimes it is really hard to find direction when you don't know what you're truly good at, and what your skills are.
And sometimes, what you're actually good at, is not what society, your family, or your education told you that you should be good at.
In a location you don't love, in a relationship that doesn't feel right, or in a job or industry that you hate.
You need to figure out what's weighing you down, and make a plan to get 'unstuck' to start feeling great in your own skin again!
You're doing what other people want you to
You've fallen into the trap of doing what your parents want you to do, or your significant other wants you to do, or society wants you to do.
You need to figure out why you are doing things you don't totally love, because you can't lead a fulfilling life until you start doing things you want to do.

A 4-week long coaching program to help you uncover what's been preventing you from living a life you love in the past, discover what you really want, clarify your personal goals and priorities and then bring it all together into a new life where you can really thrive.
2017 Program Schedule
Registration for Appalachian Trail Thrive will open in early September, and I'll be accepting registrations on a rolling basis throughout the Fall.

How It Works
For the first three weeks of the program, you will schedule one 60 minute coaching session with me, each week, where we will:
- Uncover what's been holding you back from living the life you want.
- Discover exactly what it is you really want and clarify what your goals and priorities are.
- Create an action plan to bring it all together and help you finally start living a life with purpose, passion and vitality.
Then in the fourth week, you will schedule one final 30 minute coaching session with me. This is your chance to get clear on any negative thoughts, fears, or doubts that keep creeping into the back of your head and to ask any last minute questions, nothing is too big, too small, or too crazy here!
During the entire four weeks, if any questions or ideas that come up you can always e-mail them to me! I respond to all e-mails personally and would love to hear from you!
